Ingredients(1 cup = 250 ml)
For Balls :-
- Finely Chopped Cabbage – 1 cup
- Grated Carrot – ½ cup
- Finely Chopped French Beans – ¼ cup
- Finely Chopped Onion – ¼ cup
- Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 1
- Finely Chopped Spring Onion – ¼ cup
- Finely Chopped Spring Onion’s Leaves – ¼ cup
- Grated Capsicum – Less than ¼ cup
- Bread Crumb – ¼ cup
- Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
- Refined Wheat Flour – 3 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
- Ginger Paste – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Oil – to fry balls
For Gravy :-
- Finely Chopped Spring Onion – ¼ cup
- Tomato Sauce – 3 tbsp
- White Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
- Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Ginger Paste – ½ tsp
- Finely Chopped Spring Onion’s Leaves – ¼ cup
- Finely Chopped Onion – ¼ cup
- Finely Chopped Capsicum – 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 1
- Corn Flour – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Oil – to make Manchurian
