- Peanuts – 1/2 cup
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
- Rock salt – 1 1/2 tsp
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Green chili – 1
- Green coriander – 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Oil to make poha
