- Parched Grains – 1 cup
- Potatoes – 9 to 10
- Ginger – 1 ½ inch
- Green Chilli – 2
- Green Coriander – 1/2 cup
- Dry Mango Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – More than 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – Less than 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – Less than 1/4 tsp
- Salt – More than 1/4 tsp
- Bread Crump – As per requirement
- Green Coriander – 1/2 cup
- Dry Mango Powder – 1 tsp
