Chura Matar is an evening snack which is popular and made in many homes in Uttar Pradesh. The taste of chura matar is very different from kanda poha or batata poha.

- Ginger – 2 Inch
- Green Chilli – 1
- Green Corainder – 1 Cup
- Asafoetida – 1/4 Spoon
- Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Spoon
- Coriander Powder – 2 Spoon
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 Spoon
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 Spoon
- Dry Mango Pwder – 1 Spoon
- Sabzi Masala – 1 Spoon
- Salt – 1 Spoon
- Cashews – 10 to 12
- Raisins – 20 to 25
- Ghee – 2 tbps
