Ingredients(1 cup = 250 ml)
For Chhole :-
- Soaked Chick Peas – 1 ½ cup
- Medium Sized Tomatoes – 9 – 10
- Green Coriander – ½ cup
- Ginger Piece – 1 ½
- Green Chilli – 1
- Asafoetida – ¼ tsp
- Cumin – ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder – 4 tsp
- Dry Mango Powder – 2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
- Kasoori Methi – 1 ½ tsp
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Baking Soda – ¼ tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
- Black Salt – 1 ½ tsp1
- Bay Leaves – 2
- Cloves – 4
- Big Cardamom – 2
For Bhatura :-
- Wheat Flour – ¼ cup
- Yoghurt – ¼ cup
- Sugar – ¼ tsp
- Baking Soda- ¼ tsp
- Salt – ½ spoon
- Oil to make chhole and to fry bhature
