Cabbage koftas are a wonderful treat to every day dinner menu. Cabbage Koftas are fried dumplings in a variety of spicy gravies. Cabbage kofta dish looks so colorful and appetizing that even the people who think that Bandh gobi is sucha a boring dish and do not like to eat traditional bandh gobi ki sabzi will be tempted to eat.
Ingredients
- Cabbage – 350gm
- Medium sized tomatoes – 6
- gram flour(besan) – 3/4 cup
- Asafoetida – 1/4 spoon
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 spoon
- Turmeric Powder – 1 1/2 spoon
- Coriander Powder – 4 spoon
- Cinnamon Powder – 1/4 spoon
- Sabzi masala – 1 spoon
- Garam masala – 1 spoon
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 spoon
- Bay leaves – 2
- Big cardamom – 2
- Cloves – 4
- Javitri powder – less then 1/4 spoon
- Salt – 1 1/2 spoon
- Yoghurt – 1/2 cup
- Green coriander – 1/2 cup
- Green chilli – 1
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Oil for frying
