- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Bay Leaves – 2
- Big Cardamom – 2
- Cloves – 4
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
- Red Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala – more than 1/2 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon Powder – Less than 1/4 tsp
- Tomatoes – 8
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Green Chilli – 1
- Onions – 2 medium sized
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Green Corriander – 1/2 cup
