- Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- Turmeric Powder – Less than 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 and 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Dry Mango Powder – 1 and 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger – 1 and 1/2 inch
- Green Chili – 1
- Big cardamom – 2
- Cloves – 4
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Green coriander – 1/2 cup
