- Big cardamom – 2
- Cloves – 4
- Medium sized tomatos – 6
- Green chili – 1
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Green coriander – 1/4 cup
- Khoya – 1/4 cup
- Cream – little less than 1/2 cup
- Raisins – 12 to 14
- Cashews – 8 to 9
- Melon seeds – 1 spoon
